双马来海松酸酯多元醇的合成研究

利用马来海松酸中酸酐和羧基反应活性的差异，合成了两种类型的双马来海松酸酯多元醇．测试了酯化产物的分子量、聚合度、粘度、羟值和官能度等理化参数；并对各产物的耐热性和红外光谱进行了讨论．研究结果表明，所有酯化产物均可作为耐热的多元醇原料使用．     

茉莉酸对苹果气孔运动及抗旱性的影响

50、75、100、150 mg／L JA处理苹果叶片表皮，使开放气孔的气孔开度分别减小27．4％、37．5％、56．9％和63．8％，使关闭后的气孔在光下开放时气孔开度分别减小15％、18％、28．8％、52．5％、61．3％；处理植株后干旱胁迫，叶片相对电导率分别降低15％、18％、31％、58％，脯氨酸含量分别提高0．09％、0．40％、0．42％、0．54 ng／gFW，可溶性糖含量分别提高1．89％、2．53％、3．80％、5．06％。25 mg／L JA处理与对照均无显著差别。JA的作用表现出明显的浓度效应。     

低聚糖对雏鸡大肠粪便NH3-N含量及肠道菌群的影响

试验选取1日龄罗曼蛋公雏250只，随机分为5组，试验组饲料或饮水中分别添加海藻糖(500mg／kg)、海藻胶(600mg／kg)、大豆寡糖(500mg／kg)、圆葱寡糖(500mg/d)。结果表明，四种低聚糖均可促进肠道乳酸菌及双歧杆菌的生长繁殖，对魏氏梭菌的生长呈现抑制作用。海藻糖、海藻胶对降低大肠粪便NH3—N含量效果不显著(P＞0．05)，而大豆寡糖效果显著(P＜0．05)，圆葱寡糖效果极显著(P＜0.01)。     

Organic Acids Placed into the Cloaca to Reduce Campylobacter Contamination of Broiler Skin During Defeathering

Campylobacter numbers on broiler carcasses can increase dramatically during defeathering because of leakage of contaminated gut contents in the feather-picking machine. Food-grade organic acids have been shown to be effective in killing bacteria. Placement of organic acids into the cloaca prior to defeathering was tested to determine if such a treatment could lower the number of Campylobacter that escape and contaminate broiler breast skin during automated feather removal. Campylobacter numbers on the breast skin of treated carcasses increased during defeathering but resulted in numbers that were only about 2% of those observed on control carcasses. Placement of food-grade organic acids in the cloaca of broiler carcasses may be useful as a means to lessen the impact of automated defeathering on the microbiological quality of carcasses during processing.     

赤霉酸及矮壮素对苦瓜性别表现的影响

以兰山大白、株洲长白和英引３个苦瓜品种为材料进行外源激素处理对苦瓜植株性别表现影响的试验．结果表明，苗期进行ＧＡ３２５～１００ｍｇ／Ｌ处理有明显的促雌效果；ＣＣＣ５０～２００ｍｇ／Ｌ处理则有促雄效果，但促雄程度因品种而异，ＣＣＣ５００ｍｇ／Ｌ处理对兰山大白有适度的促雌作用．外源激素处理对苦瓜植株性别分化的影响可持续８０ｄ以上．苦瓜第一雌花形成与茎尖ＧＡ３含量达到峰值有关，２５ｍｇ／Ｌ的ＧＡ３处理使茎尖ＧＡ３含量的峰值提前出现而使第一雌花形成提早，而１００ｍｇ／ＬＣＣＣ处理使茎尖ＧＡ３含量先下降再逐渐回升而使植株第一雌花形成滞后     

薄层扫描法测定人工诱生牛黄中主要成分的含量

应用岛津CS-910型薄层扫描仪测定了5份人工诱生牛黄和3份天然牛黄中胆酸(CA)、去氧胆酸(DCA)和胆红素(BR)的含量。CA和DCA用荧光扫描,λ_(ex)470nm和λ_(em)550nm;BR用可见光扫描,λ_S402nm和λ_R650nm。测定结果表明,前者中CA和DCA的含量高于后者;BR的含量则前者低于后者。     

家禽核酸疫苗的研究进展

核酸疫苗是当今疫苗研究的最前沿领域，本文就核酸疫苗在家禽传染病中的应用做一综述。     

广州香蕉束顶病毒分离和核酸鉴定

经液氮冷冻、差速离心和蔗糖梯度离心，从广州地区香蕉束顶病株中获得大小为25nm的病毒颗粒，该病毒与香蕉束顶病毒单克隆兔抗血清呈阳性反应，该病毒核酸可被Dnase和S1核酸酶降解，但不能被RNase降解，属于ssDNA ；人子量大小约为1165碱基。     

Photosynthate Unloading from Seed Coats of Phaseolus vulgaris L. an Attempt to Define Conditions Required for Stimulation by Abscisic Acid and Benzylamino Purine

The instablity of the stimulation of photosynthate unloading from seed coats of Phaseolus vulgaris by abscisic acid (ABA ) and benzylamino purine ( BAP ) was studied in terms of experimental conditions. ABA stimulated photosynthate unloading at pH 6 and pH 8 without close dependence upon pH. ABA at a concentration range of 10-5-10-4 mol/L displayed stimulatory effect. However, BAP revealed no effect at a concentration range of 10-6-10-4 mol/L. Experiments designed with different transport time of 14C-photosynthate indicated that ABA might act at the plasma membrane of the unloading cells. Reducing endogenous ABA level by diminishing leaf area did not facilitate the manifestation of exogenous ABA function. Potassium ion stimulated photosynthate unloading from seed coats with highest promotion at 100 mmol/L K . However, no dependence of ABA stimulation of photosynthate unloading on K was found.     

乳牛瘤胃挥发性脂肪酸的气相色谱分析

本文介绍了一种准确、可靠、简便、快速的乳牛瘤胃挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)的气相色谱分析方法。瘤胃液只经过一步前处理即可进样分析,从样品预处理到给出测定结果仅需15min,主要VFA的回收率可达97.86％～99.51％之间,变异系数在0.23％～1.19％之间。
